We are Thankful

What a beautiful little girl - she had tons of fun playing with her cousins over Thanksgiving.

I almost made a post about Thanksgiving two weeks ago, but I never got to it. I am glad I waited, I have much more to share. I was going to start with a list of things we are thankful for, but there would not be enough space for everything.

Abraham Lincoln said "To ease another's heartache... is to forget one's own"

We have dear friends and family who have forgotten themselves to ease our heartache. We don't know who or why, but we feel loved beyond description. The simple acts of charity and love shared with us this last week have changed our lives. We are grateful to those people, whomever you may be, who were so unselfishly inspired to bless us. Words cannot describe or express the magnitude of our appreciation. Our hearts are full...we thank you.

To all our family, both the ones we visited with on Thanksgiving and those we could not be with, we send our love to you all. Amy and I both have amazing parents and siblings. You help us to know what the true definition of family is. It is my hope that we will all be reminded of how blessed we are and that we will remember where those blessings come from.

May the Lord bless you all

Say cheese....I came home today to find Maddie had helped herself to a cup of chocolate syrup.... I guess she decided to pass on the milk

Yes, she did make a mess and we had chocolate all over the place. As much as I wanted to be mad I couldn't help just laughing. I was glad she kept it on the wood floor.

I had to put this picture of my little girl waiting for the bus. She is growing up right before our eyes.
